We do not accept returns of Botox, dermal fillers, or any other pharmaceutical or cosmetic injectable once they have been shipped and delivered.

Refunds are issued only under the following conditions:
Order Cancellation Before Shipping
You may request a full refund if the order is canceled before payment is confirmed or before dispatch.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be canceled or refunded.
Shipping Errors or Damaged Goods
If you receive the wrong product, or if the item arrives damaged or compromised, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number, clear photos of the product, and a description of the issue.
If eligible, we will either resend the correct product or issue a partial/full refund, depending on the case.
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by customs authorities or courier services in the recipient country.
Cold-chain products (e.g., Botox) are shipped under strict temperature controls. Once received, clients are responsible for proper storage. Refunds cannot be issued due to improper handling after delivery.
